个人简介

桂金山,教授,博士生导师,国家级青年人才,浙江农林大学省部共建亚热带森林培育国家重点实验室-植物细胞壁功能基因组学研究团队负责人。2012年博士毕业于中国科学院上海生命科学研究院植物生理生态研究所(植生所),2012-2014年在植生所从事博士后研究,2020年晋升为研究员。2021年以高层次人才引进入职浙江农林大学。团队主要围绕木竹材细胞壁形成过程中的重要科学问题和木材改良中亟待解决的关键技术,开展了较为系统的研究。已取得如下成果:1)发现了细胞壁重要成分木质素合成的感应开关2)建立了木质素合成精准调控技术体系;3揭示了受体激酶ASX启动木质部分化,协调维管形成层干细胞分裂、分化的分子机制。研究结果已发表高水平SCI论文17篇,其中以第一作者或共同通讯作者在Developmental CellMolecular PlantNew Phytologist等期刊上发表研究论文8篇,授权专利3项。

研究方向

以杨树、竹子和水稻为材料,综合利用各种技术手段,研究木本植物与草本植物细胞壁合成与调控的分子机制。具体研究方向如下:
