个人简介

张守科,博士,硕士生导师。Microbiomenpj   Biofilms and MicrobiomesmSystemsMicrobial   EcologyMicrobiology SpectrumMolecular   EcologyMycosphereScience of   The Total Environment及《林业科学》等国内外顶级期刊上发表了系列重要研究论文,相关成果得到《Nature   Food》期刊撰写Highlight加以报道。iMeta期刊青年编委,Frontiers   in MicrobiologyMicrobiology   Spectrum审稿编辑。

研究方向

围绕亚热带重要木本油料作物病虫害及新入侵浙江的重大检疫害虫的寄主适应机制开展研究工作。

1. 通过研究林地管理模式,对经济林重大病虫害发生和灾变的影响及调控机制,揭示灾害扩散流行的环境驱动力;

2. 利用群体基因组学和转录组学特征,解析重大病虫种群遗传结构和变异规律,分析其遗传可塑性及生态适应性机制,提出基于灾变机制解析的重大病虫害防控新途径。

3. 解析微生物协同重大病虫害与寄主植物的互作机制。
