桂金山

桂金山,男,教授,博士,博士生导师。主要围绕木竹材细胞壁形成过程中的重要科学问题和木材改良中亟待解决的关键技术,开展了较为系统的研究。已取得如下成果:1)发现了细胞壁重要成分木质素合成的“感应开关”;2)建立了木质素合成精准调控技术体系;3)揭示了Remorin蛋白在平衡植物生长与抗逆过程中的作用机制。研究结果已发表SCI论文14篇,其中以第一作者或共同通讯作者在Developmental CellMolecular PlantNew Phytologist等期刊上发表研究论文7篇,授权专利2项。2016年获得赛诺菲-中国科学院上海生命科学研究院优秀青年人才奖;2017年入选中国科学院青年创新促进会会员;2020年获得国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金资助。

研究方向

以杨树、竹子和水稻为材料,综合利用各种技术手段,研究木竹材细胞壁合成与调控的分子机制。具体研究方向如下:

1.植物次生细胞壁合成的启动机制;

2.木质素细胞特异性合成的分子基础;

3.Remorin基因家族的演化及功能分化。
